Biography

Mrs. Hurlock brings over 10 years of experience managing emergency operations, equipment, personnel, and programs for aviation and medical units to her role with NCDMPH. Her recent assignments involved coordinating response to disasters including wildfires, search and rescues, earthquakes, floods, and public health missions. As a Strategic Planning Specialist with the NDMS Pilot, she provides analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvement on various projects, as well as develops plans and specifies measurable outcomes in a strategic planning process.
