NDMS Pilot Program Timeline
| The pilot will be carried in five years over three phases: |
- Phase I– Military-Civilian NDMS Interoperability Study (MCNIS): Will identify immediate and long-term changes to be implemented as part of the Pilot
- Phase II– Pilot Implementation: Will commence on September 30, 2021 to operationalize and study interventions at the five Pilot sites
- Phase III– Report final Pilot results and plan for Pilot Expansion
